3. No Employment or Results Guarantee

5. Course Access and Delivery

Course access will be provided according to the access period and delivery method stated on the applicable sales page or during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, purchasing a course does not guarantee lifetime access.

I may make reasonable changes to the course platform, lesson organization, downloads, content, or delivery method. I may update, replace, reorganize, remove, or discontinue course content when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A third-party platform changes its services;

Course purchasers are responsible for:

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

• Any applicable taxes;

• Any recurring or installment payments you selected at checkout.

If a payment plan is offered, the payment plan represents your commitment to pay the entire purchase price through installments. It is not a month-to-month subscription that may be canceled before the full purchase price has been paid unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

If an installment payment fails, I may:

7. Final-Sale and Refund Policy

Because my courses and digital products provide immediate access to proprietary educational content, downloads, templates, tools, and intellectual property, all purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The following circumstances do not create a right to a refund:

• Failure to receive a job offer;

• Failure to obtain employment;

• Changing your mind after purchasing;

• Purchasing the course by mistake;

• Deciding that you do not have time to complete the course;

• Finding similar information from another source; or

• Dissatisfaction with your personal results.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or cannot access a product because of a verified technical issue on my side, contact britnyrobinson28@gmail.com within seven days of the purchase.

I will investigate the matter and, when appropriate, correct the duplicate charge or restore access to the purchased content.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact me at britnyrobinson28@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so I have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, I reserve the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, including:

Your purchase provides you with a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal, noncommercial educational use.

You may customize materials specifically identified as templates for your own resume, LinkedIn profile, interviews, networking, job applications, and personal job search.

You may not:

• Share your account or login information;

• Allow another person to access the course through your account;

• Forward course files to another person;

• Upload materials to a shared drive or public database;

• Upload course materials to an artificial-intelligence training system;

• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices; or

• Claim my materials as your original work.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of course access without a refund and may subject the user to legal action.

Course access is licensed to one purchaser unless a separate written team, business, or group license is provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
