Long before I became a wellness entrepreneur, I was sharing my life online.
Hi, I’m Britny!
I’m originally from the Rio Grande Valley and always had a passion for creating; whether that be painting, crafting, pottery, jewelry. photography, design…
But, the Britny in 2007 was also interested in science. So, off to pre-med she went!
I love a project. Ha!
Years later, my journey in content creation began in 2016 when I started as a lifestyle creator, documenting family life, travel, wellness, and the everyday moments that make life meaningful. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion for authentic storytelling and connecting with people around the world.
At the same time, I spent 13 years building a successful career in medical device sales, working for some of the largest healthcare companies in the industry. While I loved the challenge and impact of healthcare, I knew I wanted to create something that offered more freedom, purpose, and time with my family.
Today, those two worlds have come together.
As a wellness entrepreneur, content creator, and mother of three, I help people discover new possibilities for living healthier, more intentional lives while partnering with brands that align with my values and audience.

Meet the FounderHOW IT ALL BEGAN
From medical sales to content creator & entrepreneur
I’ve always had a passion for creating. I decided to create my personal blog in 2016 which became my passion project. That soon grew into long term partnerships with incredible companies, brand collaborations, and travel experiences to share with my rapidly growing audience.
As fast as my blog grew, I was also teaching myself to code, creating websites, marketing and designing, using professional camera equipment to capture content, editing, and understanding how to marry my sales skills from my corporate career with content creation strategies for my brand partnerships.
At the same time, I spent 13 years in medical device sales, working with Fortune 500 healthcare companies and gaining a deep appreciation for science, innovation, and helping people improve their lives.
Today, my brand has evolved combining both worlds—using content, wellness, and entrepreneurship to inspire others to live healthier, more intentional lives while partnering with brands that align with those values.
