A Ralph Lauren Christmas
Listen!
I like to think of myself wayyy ahead of the curve being as this was last year’s Chistmas look! I’ve actually been a fan of this style all my life and there is always a Ralph Lauren theme in my decorating. At least everyone is getting with the program and there is even more pretty products circulating the aisles that I can add in this year! I can’t wait to start decorating.
Wouldn’t be complete without my favorite RL coat!
This is actually one of the first blog posts back in the newly rebranded blog. I have been working so darn hard on the wellness business and now that things are a little more calm I have the time to take to ENJOY putting this together and actually writing.
Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year, and even while our house is undergoing a major renovation, I will still be putting up decorations and all. I won’t let this project stop me!
Last year, I really focused on Tartan Plaid and making this very evident. Soft velvet touches of ribbon here and there as well. It was beautiful… I’m going to do it again.
And there is something to changing themes.. I am all for that. Do what is going to make your heart sing and enjoy the holidays the most. If that means a new tree with even more lights is in order then GO FOR IT. I am not the one to ask if you should change styles.. because I will absolutely help you shop for all the new tidbits.
I will say, however, if you fall in love with a theme like I have from last year- that’s okay too. Sometimes you just can’t beat that classic RL style and it was meant to be timeless. It may no longer “trend” on social media down the road, but if you’re a true Ralph Lauren lover you know that this vibe will never go out of style. It has most definitely withstood the changes through the years.
I personally enjoy mixing and matching modern and antique objects together which pulls the whole picture together in a collaborative and collective way. Just the way my mama taught me.
Just a sneak peak at what is to come, but for now, let’s enjoy a little more orange till then!
