Whether your sober curious, skipping the wine this week, or alcohol-free all-together, Brez is an amazing alcohol alternative! I discovered Brez several years ago when I was in search for something that would take the edge off during the week aside from the usual cocktails. I was trying to make progress with my fitness, inflammation, and mental clarity, and the wine was certainly not helping; especially, the following mornings…Being a mom of three I struggled finding a balance. I hated waking up feeling crappy! It felt like every time I drank during the week I would wake up and be 10 steps backwards from all the progress I had made. I wanted an option that could take the edge off without bringing on all the guilt. So, that is when I began to go down the alternative rabbit holes! There are many options out there, but none have impressed me as much as Brez. Here’s why.
I have tried many alternatives. From gummies, drops, syrups, to other THC drinks, and I just didn’t like the way I felt with any of those options. The gummies were sometimes too much.. I may be heavy handed with the syrups.. I felt truly high which was a feeling I didn’t actually enjoy. I don’t like feeling like I’m in slow motion or out of control.
Brez gives me the lift I feel when I have a couple cocktails or a few glasses of wine. I’m light, airy, and laugh a little more than usual. But, most importantly, I’m in control and totally cognizant. Brez has several different options to choose from with different ingredients/strengths, including Lions mane mushrooms and Hemp-derived THC (completely different than the other form). You could be at party and easily BYOB with Brez and socialize. In fact, I have brought these to several gatherings with friends/family and enjoyed being in the mix without having to sacrifice my mornings drinking alcohol that night. That’s right… same lift without the hangover!
I personally enjoy something a little extra. The OG formula with 10mg micronized THC & 20mg CBD plus Lion's Mane extract for an elevated experience. For me, this formula feels like I’ve had 2 glasses of wine and hits about 5 minutes after drinking (drink it slow) and lasts 1.5 hours after. It has a delicious lemony, elderflower taste. Brez is CLEAN. I have turned so many friends onto Brez because they too are curious to try something that takes the edge off without receiving a headache in return.
I started making major progress in the gym and in my daily lifestyle swapping out my weekly wine sessions for Brez.. I FELT better. Mental clarity, inflammation, it all goes away when you swap.
That’s when I started getting really passionate about making sure people knew there was a brand out there that could deliver like Brez can.
